You may always visit our anonymously, however we may collect personal information when you register on our site or fill out a form.  For example, your name, email, and address may be stored on our servers in a secure manner consistent with industry standards.  DIY Sandbox will use this information to process transactions, to send periodic emails such as order processing information.  In addition, we may send the rare email with company news and specials, if you no longer wish to receive these emails you may unsubscribe at any time.

DIY Sandbox will never sell, exchange, or transfer your information, whether public or private, to any other company or third party for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the products or services you have requested.

DIY Sandbox Return Policy

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the item shipping out.  Send an email to returns (at) diysandbox (dot) com with your order number and cancellation request and we will do our best to accomodate you.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can request a refund within seven (7) days of receiving your item.  Please send an emailreturns (at) diysandbox (dot) com with your order number and we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item.  Items should be returned in new condition and in their original packaging.  Your credit card will be credited for the original item cost (minus shipping charges) as soon as the item is received here at DIY Sandbox HQ.
